Pink Variegated Eureka Lemon
Lemon ‘Eureka Variegated Pink’
The Eureka Variegated Pink Lemon is a spectacular ornamental and edible citrus, prized for its stunning variegated foliage, uniquely striped fruit, and soft pink flesh. A naturally occurring sport of the classic Eureka lemon, this tree is as beautiful as it is productive, making it a showpiece for patios, gardens, and indoor growing. Its glossy, dark green leaves are edged with creamy white to pale yellow, while the fruit emerges with green and cream stripes that fade to a pale yellow rind with pink oil glands as it matures. Inside, the flesh is a light, rosy pink, juicy, and acidic with very few seeds, perfect for fresh lemonade or as a cocktail garnish. A relatively compact, ever-bearing tree, it is an outstanding choice for container culture, allowing gardeners in cooler climates to enjoy this unique citrus.
