Victory Nursery primarily offers local delivery for plants and landscape products within the San Francisco Bay Area.
Certain products may also be eligible for standard shipping, depending on product type, size, and destination.

Please review the policy below before placing your order.

1. Local Delivery (Primary Service)

Local delivery is available for select products within the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding regions.

Local delivery availability, fees, and scheduling are determined based on:

  • Delivery address and distance

  • Product size, weight, and handling requirements

  • Order volume and logistics capacity

Delivery dates provided at checkout or during order confirmation are estimated and not guaranteed.

Recipients are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the delivery location. Additional fees may apply for difficult access, redelivery, or extended wait times.

2. Shipping (Limited Products Only)

Only certain products are eligible for shipping via third-party carriers.
Shipping availability will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.

We ship eligible items using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or regional freight providers, at our discretion.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 7 business days after payment is received and the order is accepted.

Processing time may vary due to:

  • Product availability

  • Seasonal demand

  • Weather conditions

  • Preparation or inspection requirements for live plants

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery & Transit Time

All delivery and shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Victory Nursery is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Traffic, labor issues, or peak season volume

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

5. Live Plants & Perishable Items

Live plants are living, perishable products and may experience temporary stress during delivery or transit.

Natural variations may include, but are not limited to, wilting, leaf drop, or cosmetic changes. These do not necessarily indicate long-term plant health issues.

We do not guarantee plant survival, growth rate, flowering, or fruit production unless explicitly stated in writing.

Plant performance depends on factors beyond our control, including climate, soil conditions, watering, sunlight, planting practices, and ongoing care after delivery.

6. Weather-Related Delays or Holds

To protect plant quality, Victory Nursery may delay local delivery or shipping during extreme weather conditions, including excessive heat, freezing temperatures, or severe storms.

Weather-related delays are made in the best interest of plant health and customer satisfaction.

7. Risk of Loss & Responsibility

For shipped items, title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is transferred to the carrier.

For local delivery, risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the designated location.

Victory Nursery is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery or carrier pickup, except as required by applicable law.

8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Victory Nursery is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability

  • Additional fees charged for redelivery or address corrections

Any additional costs resulting from such issues are the customer’s responsibility.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the products and packaging

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

10. Returns & Refunds

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
All returns, replacements, or refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
