Delivery Status
For updates on your delivery window, routing, or driver ETA:
Email us your order number + address, and we will check the schedule.
Issues Upon Arrival
If your tree or plant arrives damaged, smaller than expected, or not matching the product listing:

Take photos within 48 hours (overall plant, close-ups, pot/soil, any damage).

Email them to orders@victorynursery.us with your order number.

Our team will review and provide solutions — replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
We stand behind the accuracy of our listings and the condition of every tree we deliver.
Change or Cancel an Order
If your order has not yet been loaded for delivery, we can usually assist.
