Bulk Plant & Tree Delivery in the Bay Area

Large plant orders need more than standard delivery.

Victory Nursery coordinates bulk plant and tree deliveries for homeowners, landscape professionals, contractors, HOAs, property managers, and commercial projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding service areas.

Whether you are receiving a row of privacy trees, dozens of shrubs, orchard trees, or a mixed plant order for a landscape installation, we can help plan the delivery around the size of the load and your job-site conditions.

What Is a Bulk Plant Delivery?

A bulk delivery may include:

  • Large quantities of plants or trees

  • Multiple large or heavy trees

  • Full landscape plant lists

  • Palletized or specially loaded material

  • Orders that exceed standard residential delivery capacity

  • Multi-phase or scheduled project deliveries

  • Deliveries requiring special access planning

There is no single quantity that makes an order "bulk."

A smaller number of very large trees may require more delivery planning than dozens of smaller plants.

How Bulk Delivery Works

1. Send Us Your Plant List

Provide the plants, sizes, and quantities you need.

A formal landscape schedule is welcome, but it is not required. You can also send a simple list, spreadsheet, plan, or photos.

2. We Review the Load

We look at the quantity, plant sizes, estimated weight, delivery location, truck access, and any special handling requirements.

3. We Coordinate the Delivery

Once the order is confirmed, we coordinate the delivery based on plant availability, route planning, truck capacity, and your project schedule.

4. Plants Arrive at the Project Site

Standard delivery is made to a safe and accessible curbside, driveway, staging area, or other agreed drop-off location.

Special placement, planting, or equipment services must be arranged separately.

Job-Site Access

Access matters when delivering large quantities or mature trees.

Before delivery, please tell us about conditions such as:

  • Narrow roads or driveways

  • Gates

  • Steep slopes

  • Limited turning space

  • Low branches or overhead obstructions

  • Parking restrictions

  • Loading zones

  • Construction-site access requirements

  • Required delivery time windows

Photos of the delivery area can be very helpful for larger orders.

Bulk Delivery Pricing

Bulk delivery is quoted based on the requirements of each order.

Pricing may depend on:

  • Delivery distance

  • Number and size of plants

  • Total load volume and weight

  • Truck requirements

  • Number of delivery locations

  • Special handling

  • Site access

  • Scheduling requirements

For larger projects, contact us before ordering if you would like us to review delivery logistics.

Delivery Timing

Delivery timing depends on plant availability, order size, season, destination, and route capacity.

Large orders may require additional coordination, especially when plants are being sourced from multiple growers.

If your project has a firm installation date, send us your plant list as early as possible.

Need Multiple Deliveries?

Not every project needs all of its plants on the same day.

For qualifying projects, we may be able to coordinate staged or multi-phase deliveries based on plant availability and installation schedules.

This can be useful for larger residential landscapes, HOA projects, commercial installations, and projects completed in phases.

Need Help Sourcing the Plants Too?

If you already know what you need, send us your plant list.

Victory Nursery works with California growers and nursery suppliers to locate plants in different quantities and sizes.

For larger commercial projects, uniform batches, specialty cultivars, or multi-phase sourcing, visit our Commercial & Large-Scale Orders page.

Planting & Large Tree Handling

Bulk delivery does not automatically include planting, backyard placement, or landscape installation.

These services may be arranged separately depending on the project.

For large or heavy trees, additional equipment may also be required.
