Time Windows

We provide broad delivery windows (morning or afternoon).
Exact arrival times are not guaranteed, as routes are optimized dynamically.

Not Required to Be Home

If there is a safe place to leave your plants, delivery can be completed without someone present. Photo confirmation is available upon request.

Checking Delivery Availability

You can confirm delivery availability for your address during checkout.
Once your address is entered, the system will show:

• Whether delivery is available

• Any applicable delivery fees

• Expected schedule window

Areas Outside Our Standard Routes

If you are slightly outside our primary service zones or planning a larger project, delivery may still be possible depending on timing and order size. These requests are handled case-by-case.
