A Local Nursery Without the Limits of One Retail Lot
Shop plants online. We source from California growers and deliver them locally.
Victory Nursery is an online-first California nursery built around a simple idea: finding the right plant, in the right size, should not require driving from nursery to nursery.
Plant shopping becomes difficult when one nursery has the right variety but not the right size, while another has the size but not the plant.
The problem becomes even larger when customers need mature trees, project quantities or plants that are simply too large to put in a passenger vehicle.
Victory Nursery was built to connect online plant selection, California nursery supply and local delivery into one process.
The Nursery Is a Network
Victory Nursery is not a traditional walk-in garden center. Our growing and distribution locations are not open for public browsing.
Instead, customers browse online while we work behind the scenes with growers, suppliers and delivery routes.
Broader Selection
We are not limited to what fits on one retail sales yard.
Plants Stay as Plants
Trees and shrubs remain in their nursery containers and soil rather than being converted into parcel shipments.
Local Coordination
Sourcing, availability and delivery are coordinated around local orders and projects.

Different Growers Do Different Things Well
California nursery production is highly specialized. One grower may focus on fruit trees, another on screening plants, natives, ornamental trees, Japanese maples or mature boxed material.
Our job is to work across that supply network so customers are not limited to the strengths of a single growing location.
More Varieties
Common landscape plants, specialty cultivars and hard-to-find material.
More Sizes
From small nursery containers to mature and specimen trees.
Project Quantities
Access to material for hedges, landscapes and larger planting projects.
A Tree Is Not a Parcel
Once plants become tall, wide or heavy, conventional package shipping stops making sense.
Our local-delivery model allows plants to stay in the form in which nurseries actually grow them — including larger containers and boxed trees.
Why This Matters
Large plants may require:
delivery vehicles · carts or dollies · access planning · coordinated unloading · mechanical assistance for larger material.
This is one reason local plant fulfillment works differently from ordinary e-commerce shipping.
Find It. Get It There. Help It Succeed.
The plant purchase is only one part of the customer's project.
Before Delivery
Plant choice, size, availability, sourcing and access.
After Delivery
Planting, watering, spacing, pruning and care questions.
