Growing Roots, Growing Community
Victory Nursery began with a simple idea: buying plants should be easier.
Finding the right plant is often more difficult than it should be. One nursery may have the variety you want but not the right size. Another may have the size but not the variety. Large trees can be especially difficult to find, transport, and bring home.
We saw an opportunity to connect customers with a broader network of professional growers while keeping the experience local and personal.
Over time, we built relationships with growers and nursery suppliers across California. We learned where different plants grow well, which growers specialize in particular varieties, and how to move living plants efficiently from the nursery to the customer.
That network became the foundation of Victory Nursery.
Today, we help customers throughout the Bay Area find plants for gardens, homes, businesses, landscape projects, privacy screens, orchards, patios, and everything in between.
A Different Kind of Nursery
Victory Nursery is not a traditional walk-in garden center.
We are an online-first local nursery.
Instead of relying only on the plants sitting on one retail lot, we work with a network of established California growers and nursery suppliers.
This gives us access to a much broader selection of plants, varieties, and sizes.
It also means our growing and distribution locations are not open for public browsing or walk-in shopping.
Customers can browse our selection online, contact us when they need help, and have plants delivered directly to their home, business, or project site.
This model allows us to focus on what matters most:

How Victory Nursery Works
1. We Source
We work with professional growers and nursery suppliers throughout California.
Our network gives customers access to common landscape plants as well as specialty varieties, fruit trees, privacy plants, mature trees, and larger nursery sizes that can be difficult to find at a typical retail garden center.

2. You Order Online
Customers can browse plants and place orders directly through our website.
You do not have to spend a day driving between nurseries looking for a particular variety or size.
If you are unsure what to choose, contact us before ordering. We are happy to help narrow down the options.
3. We Coordinate
Once an order is placed, our team coordinates plant availability, sourcing, transportation, and delivery.
We combine local orders into efficient delivery routes whenever possible.
This helps us move plants efficiently while keeping local delivery affordable.
4. We Deliver
Plants are delivered locally in their original nursery containers and soil.
There is no need to box a tree, remove its soil, or send it through a standard parcel shipping network.
This is especially important for larger plants and trees.
From smaller nursery containers to mature boxed trees, our local delivery model allows us to handle plants that are difficult or impractical to ship through conventional carriers.

5. We Stay Available
Delivery is not necessarily the end of the relationship.
Customers often have questions about watering, planting depth, spacing, pruning, soil, sun exposure, or how a plant is adjusting after planting.
Our team remains available to help.
For larger projects, additional garden design, planting, pruning, and related services may also be available.
Where Our Plants Come From
California has one of the most diverse nursery industries in the country.
Different growers specialize in different plants.
Some grow fruit trees. Others specialize in shade trees, flowering shrubs, California natives, Mediterranean plants, privacy trees, Japanese maples, specimen plants, or large boxed trees.
Instead of limiting our customers to a single growing location, Victory Nursery works across this larger nursery network.

A tree may be tall, wide, heavy, fragile, or hundreds of pounds. Large boxed trees can weigh considerably more.
Our local delivery model is designed around transporting living plants.
Whenever possible, plants stay in their original nursery pots and soil from the grower until they reach the customer.
This also allows Victory Nursery to offer larger plants and trees that would be difficult to purchase from a traditional online retailer.
For very large trees, special handling or crane service may be available when required.
