What the Guarantee Covers
Our guarantee applies at the moment the plants arrive. Covered items include:

Healthy condition on arrival

Correct plant type, size, and variety

No major transport damage(such as broken trunks or severely damaged branches)
Minor cosmetic variations are normal for living plants and are not considered defects.
Inspection Window
We recommend inspecting your plants within 48 hours of delivery.
This helps identify any transit-related issues while they can still be resolved promptly.
How to Report a Concern
If something seems incorrect:

Note your order number and delivery date

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
What Is Not Covered
The guarantee does not apply to:

Damage after delivery due to watering, planting, or site conditions

Weather events such as frost, heatwaves, or extreme winds

Seasonal leaf changes or natural plant variation
