2. We Prepare Your Order

Our team confirms plant availability, prepares your order, and groups deliveries into efficient local routes.

Because we work with plants from different growers and locations, delivery timing can vary by order.

3. We Schedule Delivery

Most orders are arranged for delivery within about 10 business days.

Actual timing depends on your location, plant availability, order size, weather, and route capacity.

We will contact you when your order is assigned to an upcoming delivery route.

4. We Deliver Your Plants

Our driver delivers your plants to a safe and accessible curbside, driveway, or other agreed drop-off area.

For large trees, bulk orders, or locations with unusual access, we may contact you before delivery to coordinate the details.

Qualifying orders of $199 or more may receive free local delivery within eligible service areas.

What to Expect on Delivery Day

You Usually Do Not Need to Be Home

If we have a safe and accessible place to leave your plants, you generally do not need to be present.

We can leave the order at the agreed location and provide delivery confirmation.

Delivery Windows

We normally provide a delivery window rather than an exact arrival time.

Plant deliveries are grouped into routes, and traffic, loading conditions, weather, and earlier stops can affect arrival times.

Preparing for Delivery

Before your delivery, please make sure:

  • The drop-off area is accessible

  • Gates are unlocked when needed

  • Pets are secured

  • Vehicles are not blocking access

  • We have any special instructions before the driver arrives

For large trees or unusual properties, photos of the access area can be helpful.

Where Will My Plants Be Left?

Standard delivery is generally made to an accessible curbside, driveway, front yard, or another agreed drop-off location.

Standard delivery does not automatically include backyard placement, planting, or landscape installation.

If you need additional help, contact us before delivery so we can determine what options are available.

Large & Mature Tree Delivery

Large trees require more planning than ordinary plant deliveries.

Container size, tree weight, truck access, overhead clearance, slopes, gates, and the final unloading location can all affect delivery.

Victory Nursery can help coordinate delivery for mature and oversized trees.

For very large or heavy material, special equipment may be required.
