Special Plant & Tree Delivery
Some plant orders need more coordination than a regular delivery route. A specific installation date, an extended-area address, a large load or difficult access may call for a dedicated trip or special handling.
Victory Nursery reviews special delivery requests individually. Availability, price and scope must be confirmed before you rely on a date or placement arrangement.
When to Request Special Delivery
What We Need to Review
- Full delivery address or ZIP code.
- Plant names, container sizes and quantities.
- Desired date and how flexible the timing is.
- Street and driveway access, gates, stairs, slope and overhead restrictions.
- Agreed unloading area and any requested placement beyond it.
For large material, use the box tree checklist. If lifting equipment may be needed, review crane delivery planning.
How the Quote Works
We review sourcing, routing, vehicle capacity, access and equipment together. The confirmed arrangement should identify the delivery scope, any extra charge and the schedule. A request does not reserve equipment or guarantee a date.
Standard free-delivery eligibility does not automatically cover dedicated trips, additional labor or specialized equipment. Planting remains a separate service.
