Gardener / Maintenance Pro Partnership

Spend Less Time Finding Plants. More Time Serving Your Clients.

Victory Nursery works with gardeners, landscape maintenance professionals, and small landscape teams throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

When a client's plant dies, a hedge has a gap, a garden needs seasonal color, or a property needs a few new plants, you should not have to spend hours calling and driving between nurseries.

Send us what you need.

We can help check availability, source replacement plants, prepare repeat orders, and coordinate local delivery.

Who We Work With

Our professional plant supply program supports:

  • Independent gardeners

  • Landscape maintenance companies

  • Garden maintenance crews

  • Small landscape teams

  • Estate gardeners

  • Property maintenance professionals

  • HOA landscape maintenance teams

  • Yard-care professionals

You do not need to place large orders every week.

If plants are a regular part of the service you provide to clients, we would be happy to work with you.

Replacement Plants

Replacement planting is one of the most common needs in landscape maintenance.

A shrub dies.

One plant in a hedge fails.

A perennial bed develops gaps.

A client wants to replace an old plant without changing the entire landscape.

Send us a photo of the existing landscape and, if known, the plant name and size.

We can help look for the same plant or an appropriate option for your review.

Match an Existing Landscape

Replacing one plant in an established garden can be harder than installing a completely new landscape.

The replacement may need to work with the existing:

  • Species

  • Cultivar

  • Height

  • Container size

  • Growth habit

  • Flower color

  • Foliage

  • Hedge form

  • Overall landscape style

Exact matches are not always possible because plants are living products and nursery availability changes.

When matching matters, send us photos and measurements. We can research the closest practical options.

Plants for Regular Maintenance Work

We can help source common landscape material such as:

Shrubs & Hedges

Plants for replacements, hedge repairs, privacy, foundation planting, and general landscape maintenance.

Perennials & Seasonal Plants

Material for refreshing planting beds, replacing declining plants, and adding seasonal interest.

Trees

Replacement and new trees in a range of nursery sizes.

Fruit Trees & Edible Plants

Fruit trees, berries, vines, and other edible plants for residential clients.

California Natives & Drought-Tolerant Plants

Plants for clients who want lower-water or California-focused landscapes.

Specialty Plants

If a client has something unusual that you cannot locate easily, we can check our California nursery and grower network.

Send a Photo — You Don't Need the Plant Name

Sometimes you know a plant needs replacing but do not know exactly what it is.

Send us:

  • A clear photo of the plant

  • A photo of the surrounding landscape

  • Approximate height and width

  • Client ZIP code

  • Desired quantity

When possible, we can help narrow down what you have and research available replacement options.

Client-Specific Plant Lists

If you maintain the same properties regularly, we can make repeat ordering easier.

When useful, keep a simple plant list for each client or property that includes:

  • Commonly replaced plants

  • Preferred sizes

  • Hedge varieties

  • Seasonal plants

  • Trees

  • Property notes

Then when the client needs another plant, you have a starting point instead of rebuilding the order from scratch.

Repeat Orders

Professional gardeners often need smaller quantities more frequently than contractors.

That is fine.

You may need:

  • 2 replacement shrubs this week

  • 8 hedge plants next month

  • A fruit tree for another client

  • Seasonal plants for several properties

  • A larger tree for a special project

Victory Nursery can support both routine orders and larger project requests.

Need Help Finding an Alternative?

Sometimes the original plant is unavailable.

If substitutions are acceptable, we can help research alternatives based on practical characteristics such as:

  • Sun or shade

  • Mature size

  • Growth habit

  • Evergreen or deciduous

  • Flowering

  • Water needs

  • Landscape function

  • Available nursery size

You remain in control of what is ultimately recommended to your client.

Professional Pricing

Professional or project pricing may be available depending on:

  • Plant

  • Quantity

  • Order size

  • Purchase frequency

  • Current grower pricing

  • Delivery requirements

Not every plant will have the same discount.

For larger orders, send us the full list whenever possible so we can review the order together.

Local Delivery

Victory Nursery provides local plant delivery throughout our service areas.

Delivery can be useful when:

  • Your work vehicle is already full

  • Plants are too large for your vehicle

  • You need material delivered directly to the client

  • Several plants need to arrive together

  • You want your crew focused on billable work instead of nursery runs

Standard delivery is made to a safe and accessible drop-off area.

Delivery Directly to Your Client

Plants can be delivered directly to a client's property when appropriate.

Provide the delivery address, access instructions, and a contact person when needed.

You can meet the delivery on site, or in many cases the plants can be left at an agreed safe location.

This can allow you to arrive later for installation or maintenance without making a separate nursery trip.

Larger Projects

Sometimes a regular maintenance client turns into a larger project.

They may want:

  • A full privacy hedge

  • Several new trees

  • A major garden refresh

  • Mature trees

  • Larger quantities of shrubs

  • A redesigned planting area

Victory Nursery can also help with larger plant sourcing and bulk delivery.
