Elfin Kohuhu
Pittosporum tenuifolium ‘Elfin’
Elfin Kohuhu is the perfect miniature evergreen for adding intricate texture and fragrant spring blooms to small gardens and containers. This diminutive shrub forms a dense, naturally rounded ball of tiny, wavy-edged, glossy green leaves on contrasting dark stems. In spring, it surprises with small, honey-scented, maroon flowers. Its ultra-compact, slow-growing habit requires minimal pruning to maintain its perfect “elfin” size, making it an ideal choice for low borders, formal edging, or as a sculptural accent in rock gardens.
