Fragrant Cloud Rose
Rosa ‘Fragrant Cloud’
Rosa 'Fragrant Cloud' (TANellis) is an iconic, award-winning hybrid tea rose, world-famous for its exceptionally intense, sweet, fruity fragrance and large, vibrant coral-red blooms. Introduced by Mathias Tantau, Jr. in Germany in 1967, this classic rose produces huge, fully double, high-centered flowers with 30-35 petals in a luminous, glowing coral-red to vermilion, fading to soft pink at the edges . The blooms appear in flushes from late spring through fall on an upright, bushy shrub with large, leathery, dark green foliage . Exceptionally fragrant, vigorous, and heat tolerant, it is an outstanding choice for cut flowers, fragrance gardens, mixed borders, and as a garden centerpiece.
