Rosa 'Bonica' is an award-winning shrub rose, celebrated as the first ever to win the prestigious All-America Rose Selections (AARS) award in 1987, and later inducted into the Rose Hall of Fame in 2003 . This landscape rose is prized for its exceptional disease resistance, constant display of soft pink blooms, and cascading, fountain-like habit. It produces large clusters of medium (2.5-inch), fully double (35-40 petals), soft shell-pink flowers that fade to a delicate, pale pink with a slight sweet fragrance .
