Dark Delight New Zealand Flax is a robust and colorful variety known for its wide, arching leaves with a captivating multicolored effect. The foliage is primarily a deep reddish-bronze, dramatically streaked and overlaid with bright orange-red or salmon-pink tones, especially in the leaf center. This creates a vibrant, fiery display. Q: How much space does it need?
A: It is a large plant, maturing 3-4 feet tall and 6-8 feet wide. Plant it with ample room to showcase its full, arching form without crowding.

Q: Does it flower?
A: Like most flaxes, mature clumps may eventually produce a tall flower spike. The flowering rosette will die afterwards, but the plant produces offsets to continue.
