October Glory Red Maple is cherished for its exceptionally late and long-lasting fall color, which holds its brilliant orange-red to red leaves well into the season, often after other trees have dropped theirs. It forms a dense, rounded crown, providing both great shade and a prolonged autumn show.

The hallmark of this cultivar is its persistent fall foliage, which develops later in autumn and clings to the branches for an extended period.
