Description

Bush Princess Kangaroo Paw offers a softer, more romantic color palette with its distinctive bi-colored blooms. The fuzzy flower stems are a lovely soft pink, with each individual "paw" opening to reveal a contrasting lime-green to yellow throat. This elegant coloring rises above a clump of blue-green foliage. A taller, reblooming variety, it brings a unique and charming presence to sunny gardens and makes exceptional, long-lasting cut flowers.

Soft Pink & Lime-Green Bi-Color Flowers: Features unique velvety flowers with a soft pink exterior and a bright greenish-yellow throat.
Taller, Reblooming Habit: Grows taller than many dwarf hybrids and can produce multiple flushes of flowers from spring to fall in warm climates.
Excellent Coastal Tolerance: Handles windy, salty coastal conditions better than many plants, making it great for seaside gardens.
Superior Cut Flower: The tall, strong stems and unique color combination are highly prized in floral design.
Sun and Heat Lover: Thrives in full sun and heat, provided it has excellent drainage.

Faqs

Q: What conditions does it need for reblooming?
A: To encourage rebloom, provide full sun, well-drained soil, and regular deadheading. A light application of low-phosphorus fertilizer after the first bloom can also support a second flush.

Q: Is it as hardy as 'Bush Ranger'?
A: It is generally hardy in similar zones (9-11) but may be slightly less tolerant of winter wetness. The key for all kangaroo paws is perfect winter drainage.
