Garden Design Service Detail
1. What’s Included in the Fee
• One-on-One Online Consultation: You will have an in-depth online consultation with a professional designer, who will fully listen to your ideas for the garden, preferences on plant styles, functional needs, and other custom requirements to ensure the design aligns with your vision.
• Customized Design Draft: A tailored garden design draft will be created exclusively for you, clearly presenting the garden layout and plant collocation scheme to visualize the final effect.
• Detailed Plant Shopping List: A comprehensive plant procurement list will be provided, offering precise guidance for your subsequent purchasing process, including plant varieties and specifications.
• One Free Revision for Initial Draft: The initial design draft is the result of thorough prior communication between both parties. One free minor revision is included for the initial draft to refine details to your satisfaction.
2. Design Scope
This service covers the front yard and backyard of a single residential property. We provide garden floor plans and plant collocation effect drawings; elevation renderings are not included in the service scope. All plant designs will be customized based on your preferences, confirmed with you in advance before the official design starts.
3. Design Revision Rules
• The designer will confirm your preferences and requirements in detail before starting the plant and overall design work to ensure personalized creation.
• The initial design draft is finalized after extensive communication and confirmation of core demands with you. Only one free minor revision is allowed, limited to partial detail adjustments. A complete overhaul or redesign of the previously agreed design content is not permitted, to protect the validity of communication and design efficiency for both parties.
4. Materials Required from the Client
• Clear real-life photos of the design area, taken from multiple angles if possible, to show the current site conditions and surrounding environment.
• Accurate dimensions of the planting areas, including length, width, height, and details of special terrains or existing structures.
• Note: On-site measurement service is not available at the moment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
5. Service Time Limit
Please complete the communication, revision and final confirmation of the design plan with the designer within 1 month after the initial consultation. Failure to finish the process within the time limit will be regarded as automatic waiver of the design service. We will respond to your needs efficiently throughout the process to facilitate smooth progress of the design.
