Description

Silver Waves Camellia is a graceful and elegant variety prized for its large, semi-double to anemone-form white flowers with a prominent central cluster of golden stamens. The petals are often slightly ruffled, giving it a soft, informal look. It blooms in early to mid-spring. Its name may refer to the silvery sheen on its new growth or the wavy appearance of its petals. It adds a light, airy touch to woodland gardens.

Elegant Semi-Double White Blooms: Features large, white flowers with a loose, open form and a beautiful central boss of yellow stamens.
Ruffled Petal Edges: The petals often have a gentle, wavy margin, adding to its delicate appearance.
Early to Mid-Spring Bloomer: Flowers later than many japonicas, extending the camellia season into April.
Attracts Pollinators: The exposed stamens provide pollen for early-season bees.
