Faqs

Q: Does it need special care to achieve the deep color?
A: The color is genetic. Planting in full sun ensures the most vibrant display. Too much shade or over-fertilization can reduce flowering intensity.

Q: How does it compare to 'Dark Star'?
A: Both have very dark blue flowers. 'Concha' is generally larger (6-8 ft) with a more rounded habit and dark red buds. 'Dark Star' is often smaller (5-6 ft) with a more vase-shaped habit and cobalt blue flowers. Both are excellent.
