The Li Jujube is the most widely planted variety worldwide, valued for its massive, round fruit and high productivity. While excellent fresh, it truly shines when dried, developing a rich, sweet, date-like flavor and a delightfully chewy texture that stores for months.

Produces very large, round, reddish-brown fruit with a thin skin and a small pit.
Flesh is white, dry, and very sweet with a high sugar content, becoming chewy and rich when dried.
