What’s Included
- Assessment of tree size, structure, and access
- Controlled tree removal
- Cutting into manageable sections
- Stump extraction (when feasible with our equipment)
- Cleanup of branches and major debris (bagged or stacked)
- Safety perimeter setup before work begins
What’s Not Included
These tasks require separate quoting or a certified arborist:
- Removal of very large trees or hazard trees
- Work near power lines
- Climbing removals requiring ropes or aerial lifts
- Root barriers, grading, or soil reconditioning
- Hauling debris off-site
If specialized equipment or an ISA-certified arborist is required, we will advise before scheduling.
How Tree Removal Works
1. Submit Your Request
Provide photos of the tree, the full trunk, base, surrounding area, and access path.
(If photos are not enough, we may perform a short site visit.)
2. Receive a Custom Quote
Quotes are based on tree size, location, safety considerations, accessibility, and stump conditions.
3. Schedule the Removal
Our team confirms a date and time window. You do not need to be home if access is clear.
4. On-Site Removal & Cleanup
The team performs safe removal, cuts material down to manageable pieces, and completes stump extraction when requested and feasible.
Stump Extraction Notes
Stump extraction feasibility depends on:
- Root spread
- Soil hardness
- Proximity to fences, utilities, or structures
- Access for leverage tools
Some stumps may require grinding instead of extraction. If so, we will let you know.
Estimated Removal Levels
(Helps set expectations; adjust as needed)
- Small tree (under 10 ft): Typically straightforward removal
- Medium tree (10–20 ft): May require sectional lowering
- Large or complex trees: Require arborist involvement
Stump extraction times vary widely depending on root depth and soil conditions.
Preparation Before We Arrive
To ensure safety and efficiency:
- Keep the access area clear
- Inform us of any irrigation lines, utilities, or drainage systems
- Secure pets and children indoors
No need to prepare tools — our team brings all required safety gear.
Disposal Options
Standard service includes moving branches and trunk pieces to a designated curbside or stacking area.
Off-site hauling is available by separate quote.
